Additional Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this recent image release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the current oversight release.
