The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving massive paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters met for the customary stare-down, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really going ahead.
